SHIPPING:

We send most of our items out by FedEx or UPS. Most items ship within 24 hours but please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Most FedEx shipments take from 3-10 days for delivery depending upon your location. We will send you the tracking number of your shipment as soon as it ships. Please make sure your email filters are not intercepting our emails. 

Expedited shipping is available. Just email us for a price to your destination.

For International Shipping: Some countries charge an import tax that is not covered by the purchase price or by the shipping fee for the auction. Each buyer is responsible for the costs of these fees.

There is an extra shipping cost for shipping to our Alaska and Hawaii customers.

Please note that any free shipping promotions are limited to domestic customers in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

We do ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. USPS costs may be higher than UPS or FedEx, if so, we will contact you. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Returns/Exchanges:

We guarantee the quality of every item we sell. We want you to be totally satisfied with your garment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days from date of receipt for a replacement, credit or refund (shipping charges are not refundable). Please follow the return/exchange instructions below:

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS, AND MUST BE CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. You may receive a Return Authorization Number by contacting us at motorcycleleathergear@gmail.com

After notifying Motorcycle Leather Gear of the return, items must be received by us within 15 days of the return authorization number being issued. We inspect all returns prior to processing any replacements, exchanges or refunds. All original tags must be still attached on the garment. Items damaged while opening shipping package (cuts, slices, scrapes, punctures, etc.) are non-returnable. Should we receive returns with any indications of wear, or with odors from cigarettes, cigars, perfumes, etc., we will ship back to Customer at their expense. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Sorry, Closeout & Clearance items and/or International orders are FINAL SALE, and non-returnable. International Customers are responsible for any and all VAT, duties, taxes, fees, etc. at the destination country. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be credited the full amount less shipping and handling. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. Please note: unauthorized returns, or returns received after 15 days of receipt will be eligible for exchange or store credit only. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged returns. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
